Two-factor authentication adds a second step when you sign in. After your usual sign-in, you enter a code from an authenticator app on your phone.
Before you start
- Sign-in required. Sign in to your account on the web, and have an authenticator app on your phone.
Turn on two-factor authentication
- Open your account and select Security.
- In the Two-factor authentication card, select Enable 2FA.
- Enter your password if asked.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app. To type it in instead, open Setup key.
- Enter the code from the app under Authentication code, then select Verify and finish.
- Save your backup codes somewhere safe. They are shown once. Select Copy to copy them, then select Done.
Sign in with two-factor authentication
When you sign in, enter a code from your authenticator app or one of your backup codes, then select Verify. Select Trust this device for 30 days if you don't want to be asked on that device each time.
Replace your backup codes
If you've used up your backup codes or think someone else has seen them, select Regenerate backup codes in the Two-factor authentication card, enter your password if asked, and save the new codes.
If you can't sign in
If you lost your phone and your backup codes, email support@unstoppable.ai from the address on your account. See Contact support.
